Can I book a transfer from Cancun airport to the hotel directly with you?
We offer a personalized service even before your arrival. We do have a private shuttle service available for transfers from the airport to the hotel and vice versa that can be booked directly our Concierge. This will avoid the inconvenience of seeking transportation on your arrival and the price is also quite affordable. Should you require more information please do not hesitate to contact us.
If going to Holbox island, we advise you to book a private transportation directly with the hotel. Public transportation can be sometime not safe.
How do we reach the Holbox Dream Beach Front Hotel if we are driving?
In case you decide to rent a car, when you leave the Cancun International Airport you have to take the only highway in direction of Tulum, the 307. Keep on driving on the 307 till you reach the exit Merida/Carretera Federal 180. Keep on driving on the 180 till you reach the exit Costiera del Golfo, keep on driving in the same direction for 50 km till turning right on the QROO5. Once you arrive in Chiquila, you will have to leave the car in one of the many secure parking that stand right next to the ferry station, since Holbox is a non-traffic zone Once you parked take the ferry from Chiquila Harbor and a mere 20 minutes boat ride will take you to a tropical escape..
At what time can I check in?
Check in time is at 3:00pm. If you have purchased an early check in directly from our web site we will check you in immediately. Otherwise, we will store your luggage and give you the room(s) as soon as possible.
At what time do we have to check out from the room?
Our check out time is at noon. Should you wish to check out later, you can book this service in advance via our website for a fixed fee of U$D 29. Once at the hotel you can request availability at the front desk for fee U$D10 per extra hour. You can also decide to store your luggage with us so you don´t have to worry about carrying things with you..
Do you have Internet connection?
Yes, we offer our guests free use of our desktop computers at the lobby and we also offer free High speed Wi-fi connection in the rooms, restaurant and in the lobby..
Is Holbox Dream Beach Front Hotel pet friendly?
For guests travelling with their pet, Holbox Dream Beach Front Hotel welcomes you and your fury friend. With an addition fee we are more than welcoming your fury friend. NOTE: The pet should not exceed the 10 Kg. of weight (approx. 20 lbs.). The owner must be present with the pet at all times in the room, the restaurants, and the pool area. The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to certain pets.
Is there a safe in the room?
There is a safe deposit box in most of the rooms whose use is free of charge. Please remember to keep the key with you at all times. For your own safety, there is only one key available and should the same get lost or damaged, we shall have no option but to break the lock. A U$D 50 replacement fee is being applied in such cases..
Is it safe to leave my credit card details as a guarantee for payment?
It is very safe. Our policy, just like many other hotels, is to guarantee complete safety and peace of mind. An authorization voucher will be issued and the same can be either be closed upon check out (should you wish to pay by credit card) or enjoy a 8% discount when settling your account in cash (more details below)..
Should I leave a deposit as guarantee?
In cases where the reservations is made directly with us, either by phone or email, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to guarantee availability..
