We at Xperience Hotels group are committed to recycle all the packaging and plastics that are used within our hotels. We deliver the waste to the municipality of Solidaridad so they can proceed with the recycle process. It is also part of our culture to do not waste energy or water. We have implemented a waste separation system and we do re-use all the materials and tools of the everyday use.
Throughout the year we are active in sustaining charitable causes in help of our neighbours as for example the Mayan communities that really require help from our side. We also involve the generosity of our ambassadors, their partecipation is fundamental for the success of the whole operation.

Our team is made of hospitality devotees who strongly believe in, and make good use of our company values. Xperience Hotels members recreate a family group which makes the working environment an extraordinary place to be. All the HD’S are well aware that the corporate culture has to be focused on a common growth.

SALES & MARKETING
This department's mission is to position our brand always on a better level, implementing new methods to attract and make the client loyal to us, improve the sales of the group to therefore increase the income of the group as a whole. The positions in this department touch different fields of marketing and sales.
This department is responsible of organizing the maintenance of all the equipment and machinery used within our hotels. The good functioning of the technical devises and good state of the furniture is a fundamental aspect in the satisfaction of our guests. The aim of this department is to plan and supervise all the maintenance operations. The positions of this department are multiple: supervisors, maintenance and electro-technical technicians as well as gardeners.
This department has the responsibility to take the financial control of purchases and also the technological development of hotels and it's a controller on the expansion of the group. The most exciting challenge is identifying opportunities through information analysis, implementation of new systems and acquisition of new products with the best quality and price. The positions in this department are in the accounting/billing department, purchasing and auxiliary system.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
This department is responsible for generating enduring emotions through the sense of taste and quality of service thanks to our chefs, stewards and waiters. The aim of this department is to make use of creativity to fascinate our guests with delicious food and refreshing drinks. In this way they will understand our philosophy: "To offer endless entertainment". The positions in this department are kitchen staff and waiters.
This department is responsible of all the cleaning aspects of the rooms and the public areas of the hotels. This work is fundamental because it creates the first impression of the ambassador when he enters the room. A main requirement to work in this filed is to be dynamic, clean with adherence to standards and also having a positive and excellent attitude. The positions in this department are: supervisors, housekeepers, maids and cleaning support.
RECEPTION & CONCIERGE
The department has a fundamental role since it's the first image the hotel provides to its ambassadors .The receptionist is the first person a client interacts with; one of the most important roles of this position is to welcome them offering our services and ensure that all the needs are met during their stay. It's an exciting job in which you could have daily contacts with the ambassadors therefore meeting people of different nationalities. Every moment con be useful to generate WOW moments.(special cares to the ambassadors). The positions in this department are: receptionists and concierge.
This department's mission is to set a model of excellent quality and service that contributes in the achievement of the departmental strategic objectives of the Xperience Hotels Family; People must have the right talent and be committed to personal and professional success. The role of this department also stands in the ability to attract, develop and retain the talent that builds sucess for today and for tomorrow. The positions in this department are responsible for talent scouting, organizational development and compensation management.
